Terms and Conditions

MoJo's Cleaning LLC. is a licensed, bonded, and insured cleaning company that provides residential cleaning, sanitization and upkeep services. We specialize in cleaning responsibilities, carpet shampooing, chemical usage, hard water/CLR treatments, oven degreasing, organization, clutter, and so much more.

Currently Offering:

-Ensuring adequate services and documentation of what is accomplished in session, we ask your permission to grant MoJo’s and their cleaner’s access to take cleaning related photos as well as documented summaries of the previous condition, process, state and quality of the space.

Basic Hourly Sessions, Move In/Move Out Cleanings, Deep and Turnkey Cleanings can be booked by personalized requests without subscribing or becoming a member/plan holder of MoJo’s Cleaning.

-Individual Hourly Sessions can be scheduled by the hour for up to 4 hours consecutively at a time.

-Labor: -$39.99/Hour or Listed Time Frame

-Basic Cleaning Supplies, Tasks and Equipment Usage Fee: $89.99 (Only Required for Deep/Turn-Key Cleanings) 

-Could include the following services listed with the Supplies and Equipment provided per Usage Fee.

-Dusting of all surfaces including Fans, light fixtures, walls corners, etc.

-Tidy/Declutter of blankets, pillows, tables, dishes, shoes, counter-spaces, etc.

-Sanitization of high traffic areas, remotes, tables, chairs, counter-spaces, ledges, etc.

-Sanitization of outer cabinetry

-Mirror, glass and inner reachable windows

-Loading/unloading of dishwasher

-Handwashing Large Pots

-Drying/Putting Away dishes

-Toilets, tubs, and sinks

-Faucets and drains

-Shake out/ Set aside bath rugs

-Sweep, mop, and vacuum (Vacuum can be supplied by request up to 4 hours before start of session. Please note, even though the vacuum is thoroughly sanitized in between use of sessions, MoJo’s does service homes and spaces with animals.)

ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS OR DEEP CLEANINGS CAN BE ADDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE AND LENGTH OF TIME ADDED TO THE SESSION.

-Carpet Cleaning & Stain Treatment: .45C/SQFT 1-6 Hour Time Frame Depending on the SQFT

-Wood Restorer, Polish, and or Oil

     -$44.99/Per Treatment

-Deep Clean of All Kitchen Appliances: $139.99 for all Inner and Outer Appliances 

Deep Cleaning of Inner Cabinetry and Drawers of Kitchen: $57.99

-Wall Scuff/Scum/Mark Removal: $79.99/1000 SQFT (prorate optional) 2 Hour Time Frame   depending on the SQFT

(Note SQFT means by the total number of SQFT per room that removal work has been done on. For Example: If your home is 1500SQFT and you want MoJo’s to perform wall scuff/scum/mark removal on your bedroom, entryway, and guest bathroom. The total SQFT of all three rooms is approximately 500 SQFT. We would prorate your total to:

-500(total SQFT serviced) X 1000(1000SQFT increment fees) = .5

-.5(Total from X $79.99($79.99/1000SQFT) = $39.99

-Baseboard, Trim, & Corners: $29.99/1000 SQFT 1 Hour Time Frame

-CLR/ Hard Water Treatment: $57.99/Room 1 Hour Time Frame

-Shower Handle/Inner Knob Cleaning and Replacement: 39.99$

-Tile Laminate Discoloration Correction and Detailing: $.98/SQFT 1-4 Hour Time Frame

 

UPKEEP PLANS

        

Each plan, session and client have its own tasks, responsibilities, services, and a maximum time limit. Each plan session can include up to the guaranteed maximum amount of time per session but is not required to complete all tasks and responsibilities each session per services, time limit, and terms plan agreement. Plans and payments only guarantee a consistent scheduled service on a rotating basis to ensure customers receive all tasks in their entirety over a span of days, weeks, months or years based on the frequency of sessions they desire. Plan durations can be increased or decreased, and with notice can request a day change entirely that may work better for you!

This includes 2 to 4 Hours per Cleaning, with supplies and equipment and can include tasks like:

-Trash Gathering and Take Out in all Rooms including Bathrooms

AS NEEDED (if time allows or is requested as a priority through the app):
-Blinds, Baseboards, Sills, Windows, Inner Appliances, Hard Water Treatments


 

*Initial Cleanings May Be Required before MoJo's Cleaning Plans are Scheduled out long term, which may hinder the ability to receive future upkeep sessions depending on availability. *
Payment for services is required within 4 hours of scheduled session times. Accepted forms of payment: credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, check upon arrival BEFORE services are performed. 
Cancellation of MoJo's Cleanings are FREE, just note that recurring scheduled slots are limited and once dismissed may potentially be filled with a new awaiting client.

1A. Cancellation of Membership Plans are FREE.

1C. MoJo's provides an allotted number of sessions per month per client and will gain your business back session by session, but both parties may be subject request to postpone due to:

     1Ca. Personal Family Related Reasons

     1Cb. Weather Incapacities

     1Cc. Transportation Restrictions

     1Cd. Non-preventable accidents or occurrences. 

1D. If holding a plan and MoJo's does not fulfill the number of sessions per billing cycle, the member can either:

     1Da. -Reschedule and receive the session the following month

     1Db. -Suspend payments until sessions performed are caught up with amount paid then proceed with further fulfillment of payments and sessions.

      1Dc. -Full Refund for the Session that was not performed for the month if paid in advance for future sessions that were not performed.

1E. Dissatisfaction of membership services may recieve  a partial up to a full refund by the approval of the owner, but is not guaranteed as all tasks, services, responsibilities, plans and individual sessions do not guarantee completion of any of the listed tasks, services, and responsibilities in each individual session.

1F. Ensuring adequate services and documentation of what is accomplished, we ask permission to grant access to take cleaning related photos as well as documented summaries of the state and quality of clean.  

1G. Payment plan services that start on an initial free trial/ discounted rate session are only guaranteed the basic tasks, services, and responsibilities listed in the plan provided. 

1Ga. Initial free trial/ discounted rate sessions can include up to the following and is limited to:  

           -All rooms excluding bedrooms, laundry room, offices, etc. 

           -Dusting of all surfaces including Fans, light fixtures 

           -Tidy/Declutter of blankets, pillows, tables, dishes, shoes, counter-spaces, etc.  

           -Sanitization of high traffic areas, remotes, tables, chairs, counter-spaces, ledges, etc.  

           -Sanitization & upkeep of outer cabinetry  

           -Mirror, glass, and inner window shine  

           -Loading/unloading of dishwasher 

           -Drying/Putting Away dishes 

           -Toilets, tubs, and sinks  

           -Faucets and Drains

           -Gather clothing if laundry baskets are provided 

           -Shake out bath rugs 

           -Surface sanitization  

           -Sweep, mop , vacuum

 

 

-Cancellation of services on MoJo's Cleaning behalf ensures a 100% guaranteed refund if not performed at the time of the scheduled session.

-Dissatisfaction of upkeep plan services may receive up to a 100% total refund of the previous session given, but is not guaranteed as all tasks, services, responsibilities, plans do not guarantee completion of any of the listed tasks, services, and responsibilities per plan agreement.

-Dissatisfaction of single sessions, deep cleanings, or turnkey cleaning services may give up to a 100% refund of the session but is not guaranteed. If the results of the session summary/photos show a noticeable change and/or improvement in the cleanliness of the spaces being serviced, then it is up to the discretion of the MoJo's Owner, Morgan Divine and client to issue a partial, full or no refund.

-Payment plan services that start on an initial free trial/ discounted rate session are only guaranteed the basic tasks, services, and responsibilities listed in the plan provided.

Payment is required before services are performed as MoJo's can issue refunds and set forth policies to ensure the quality of our services is maintained throughout our customers and employees. We have the right to refuse service to anyone before and/or after payment and services for such payment have been fulfilled and performed. Prices and Quotes are Subject to Change and Can Be Negotiable Upon Initial Request.

Terms and Conditions and Subject to Change and will be presented via email to review and accept all policies and practices stated.
