Terms and Conditions

MoJo's Cleaning LLC. is a licensed, bonded, and insured cleaning company that provides residential/commercial sanitization and upkeep services. We specialize in basic cleaning responsibilities, carpet shampooing, chemical usage, hard water/CLR treatments, oven degreasing, and so much more.

Currently Offering: 

-Individual Hourly Sessions, Move In/Move Out Cleanings, Deep/Turnkey   Cleanings

-Membership Plans

-Home Staging, Organization, and Minimization

-Carpet Shampooing & Stain Treatment

-Ensuring adequate services and documentation of what is accomplished, we ask your permission to grant MoJo’s and their cleaner’s access to take cleaning related photos as well as documented summaries of the previous condition, process, state and quality of space and cleaning services provided. 

Basic Hourly Sessions, Move In/Move Out Cleanings, Deep and Turnkey Cleanings can be booked by personalized requests without subscribing or becoming a member/plan holder of MoJo’s Cleaning.

-Individual Hourly Sessions can be scheduled by the hour for up to 4 hours consecutively at a time.

-Labor: -$32.99/Hour or Listed Time Frame

-Basic Cleaning Supplies, Tasks and Equipment Usage Fee: $29.99

-Can include and service up to the following listed with the Supplies and Equipment provided per Usage Fee.

-Dusting of all surfaces including Fans, light fixtures, walls corners, etc.

-Tidy/Declutter of blankets, pillows, tables, dishes, shoes, counter-spaces, etc.

-Sanitization of high traffic areas, remotes, tables, chairs, counter-spaces, ledges, etc.

-Sanitization of outer cabinetry

-Mirror, glass and inner reachable windows

-Loading/unloading of dishwasher

-Handwashing Large Pots

-Drying/Putting Away dishes

-Toilets, tubs, and sinks

-Faucets and drains

-Shake out/ Set aside bath rugs

-Sweep, mop, and vacuum (Vacuum can be supplied by request up to 4 hours before start of session. Please note, even though the vacuum is thoroughly sanitized in between use of sessions, MoJo’s does service homes and spaces with animals.)

-Carpet Cleaning & Stain Treatment: .45C/SQFT 1-6 Hour Time Frame Depending on the SQFT

-Wood Restorer, Polish, and or Oil

     -$19.99/Per Treatment

-Deep Clean of All Kitchen Appliances: $109.99 for all Inner and Outer Appliances 4 Hour Time Frame

    -Stovetop, Reachable Sides & Inner Oven $49.99: 2 Hour Time Frame

    -Inner, Outer, and Reachable Sides of Refrigerator: $35.99 1 Hour Time Frame

    -Inner, Outer, and Reachable Sides of Microwave: $19.99 30 Minute Hour Time Frame

    -Coffee Pot Treatment: $19.99 30 Minute Time Frame

-Removal/Disposal of Large Amounts of Old Food from Refrigerator or Pantries: $24.99

Deep Cleaning of Inner Cabinetry and Drawers of Kitchen: $19.99 1 Hour Time Frame

-Wall Scuff/Scum/Mark Removal: $79.99/1000 SQFT (prorate optional) 2 Hour Time Frame   depending on the SQFT

(Note SQFT means by the total number of SQFT per room that removal work has been done on. For Example: If your home is 1500SQFT and you want MoJo’s to perform wall scuff/scum/mark removal on your bedroom, entryway, and guest bathroom. The total SQFT of all three rooms is approximately 500 SQFT. We would prorate your total to:

-500(total SQFT serviced) X 1000(1000SQFT increment fees) = .5

-.5(Total from X $79.99($79.99/1000SQFT) = $39.99

-Baseboard, Trim, & Corners: $29.99/1000 SQFT 1 Hour Time Frame

-CLR/ Hard Water Treatment: $19.99/Room 1 Hour Time Frame

-Shower Handle/Inner Knob Cleaning and Replacement: 19.99$

-Tile Laminate Discoloration Correction and Detailing: $19.99/Home 1-4 Hour Time Frame

 

Cancellation of individual sessions 4 hours or less in advance guarantees only 50% of the total servicing charge. Cancellation of individual sessions 24 hours or less in advance guarantees 75% refund. Cancellation of individual sessions with 24 hours or more notice, warrants full refund. Rescheduling fees only apply for non-membership sessions or services within 24 hours or less notice.

                -ONE 4-Hour Secured Session a Month        Price: $146.99/Month or $36.99/Week 

                -TWO 4-Hour Secured Sessions a Month      Price: $295.98/Month or $73.99/Week 

                -FOUR 4-Hour Secured Sessions a Month      Price: $559.95/Month or $139.99/Week 

Each plan has its own tasks, responsibilities, services, and a maximum time limit. Each plan session can include up to the guaranteed maximum amount of time per session but is not required to complete all tasks and responsibilities each session per services, time limit, and terms plan agreement. Plans guarantee a consistent service on a rotating basis to ensure customers receive all tasks in their entirety over a span of weeks, months or years based on the frequency of sessions.

Both Basic and Exclusive Plans could include but is limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:

Exclusive Plans can include the following at no additional cost while in the 4-Hour Service Session Time Frame

-Upholstery/Furniture Refresh

-Wood Restorer, Polish, and/or Oil

-Inner/Outer Kitchen Appliances

-Wall Scuff/Scum Removal 

-Baseboards, Trim, & Corners

-Rust Treatment/ Partial Removal Attempt

-CLR/ Hard Water Treatment

-Garage Disposal Cleaning

1. Membership Plan Cancellation Policy

1A. Cancellation of Membership Plans are FREE. 

1Aa. All Membership Plans Can be Cancelled by the Request of the Owner via email @ moejo2216@gmail.com or Text/Call:  417-434-7782 

1B. Membership Plan Cancellations Start at the beginning of the monthly billing cycle.

      1Ba. For example, if you benefit from a weekly payment plan, your services and billing cycles will end on the first day of the next billing cycle that the plan was activated on. If you benefit from a monthly payment plan, your services and billing cycles will end on the first day of the following billing cycle that the plan was activated on.

1C. MoJo's provided an allotted number of sessions per month per client and will for no reason CANCEL a membership session, but may request to postpone due to:

     1Ca. Personal Family Related Reasons

     1Cb. Weather Incapacities

     1Cc. Transportation Restrictions

     1Cd. Non-preventable accidents or occurrences. 

1D. If holding a plan and MoJo's does not fulfill the number of sessions per billing cycle, the member can either:

     1Da. -Reschedule and receive the session and receive an additional session next billing cycle.

     1Db. -Suspend payments until sessions performed are caught up with amount paid then proceed with further fulfillment of payments and sessions.

1E. Dissatisfaction of membership services may include up to a partial refund by the approval of the owner, but is not guaranteed as all tasks, services, responsibilities, plans and individual sessions do not guarantee completion of any of the listed tasks, services, and responsibilities in each individual session.

1F. Ensuring adequate services and documentation of what is accomplished, we ask permission to grant access to take cleaning related photos as well as documented summaries of the state and quality of clean.  

1G. Payment plan services that start on an initial free trial/ discounted rate session are only guaranteed the basic tasks, services, and responsibilities listed in the plan provided. 

1Ga. Initial free trial/ discounted rate sessions can include up to the following and is limited to:  

           -All rooms including bedrooms, laundry room, offices, etc. 

           -Dusting of all surfaces including Fans, light fixtures 

           -Tidy/Declutter of blankets, pillows, tables, dishes, shoes, counter-spaces, etc.  

           -Sanitization of high traffic areas, remotes, tables, chairs, counter-spaces, ledges, etc.  

           -Sanitization & upkeep of outer cabinetry  

           -Mirror, glass, and inner window shine  

           -Loading/unloading of dishwasher 

           -Drying/Putting Away dishes 

           -Toilets, tubs, and sinks  

           -Faucets and Drains

           -Gather clothing if laundry baskets are provided 

           -Shake out bath rugs 

           -Surface sanitization  

           -Sweep, steam, vacuum

 

 

-Cancellation of services on MoJo's Cleaning behalf ensures a 100% guaranteed refund or discounted rate for future sessions/services if negotiable. 

-Dissatisfaction of membership plan services may give up to a 50% total refund of the previous session given, but is not guaranteed as all tasks, services, responsibilities, plans do not guarantee completion of any of the listed tasks, services, and responsibilities per plan agreement.

-Dissatisfaction of single sessions, deep cleanings, or turnkey cleaning services may give up to a 100% refund of the session given but is not guaranteed. If the results of the session summary/photos show a noticeable change in the cleanliness of the spaces being serviced then it is up to the discretion of the owner to issue a partial, full or no refund.

-Payment plan services that start on an initial free trial/ discounted rate session are only guaranteed the basic tasks, services, and responsibilities listed in the plan provided.

Initial free trial/ discounted rate session can include up to the following and is limited to: 

-All rooms including bedrooms, laundry room, offices, etc.

-Dusting of all surfaces including Fans, light fixtures

-Tidy/Declutter of blankets, pillows, tables, dishes, shoes, counter-spaces, etc. 

-Sanitization of high traffic areas, remotes, tables, chairs, counter-spaces, ledges, etc. 

-Sanitization & upkeep of outer cabinetry 

-Mirror, glass, and inner window shine 

-Loading/unloading of dishwasher

-Drying/Putting Away dishes

-Toilets, tubs, and sinks 

-Faucets

-Gather clothing if laundry baskets are provided

-Shake out bath rugs

-Surface sanitization 

-Sweep, steam, vacuum

Payment is required before services are performed as MoJo's may provide refunds and have policies in place to ensure the quality of service is maintained throughout servicing our customers. We have the right to refuse service to anyone before and/or after payment and services for such payment have been fulfilled and performed. Prices and Quotes are Subject to Change and Can Be Negotiable Upon Request.
